The Starry Meadows Power Use Policy is intended to provide guidance and direction to those attending RMSS and addresses the use of electrical power at the Starry Meadows property located north of Gardner in Huerfano County, Colorado. The objective of this policy is to promote safe and effective use of this resource to our attendees. The policy covers electrical use during Colorado Springs Astronomical Society (CSASTRO) sponsored events. This policy is subject to change at any time without notice by the CSASTRO Board. If a member is in doubt as to the meaning of any of the use policies, they should contact a board member and/or the RMSS Director for clarification.
